Booking Appointment
We recommend calling at least 3 weeks in advance of group bookings. Appointments lasting two or more hours require a 50% deposit.

Confirmation Policy
We request that all appointments be confirmed with either a credit card or gift certificate number.
Please have one ready when you call to make your appointment.

Cancellation Policy
1. We require 24 hour notice for any date changes or cancellations for appointments.
2. 48 hour notice for any date changes or cancellations for packages.
3. There is a 50% cancellation fee with less than 24 hour notice for services and a 48 hour notice for packages
4. No-shows will be billed 100% for all scheduled service and / or packages.

Courses
Courses are available for one year only.
Courses are not refundable of transferable.
All courses must be taken at the salon where payment was made.

Referrals
Recommend a friend or family member and receive a referral voucher for €6.00
Gift Vouchers with theme for Birthday, Christmas, Mothers Day etc, available. Perfect for every occasion.
